This property is about two miles from route 10 at the Carryville entrance/exit on Pate Pond Road, and about 40 miles from Panama City Beach. It represents a high point in the area, and is easy to access by road. It is also fenced in with woven wire. The Florida forest service once wanted to put a fire tower on it. but I refused.
