Currently in a dead zone between towers for most providers. This is a property on the Ponderosa Reservoir, bordering the Oroville reservoir. Access is on a gravel road. There is a community gate and a property gate. Ideally the tower would be located next to the gravel road near property access. There is no power in the area but more space is available if you want to put in a solar field.
