Price is negotiable for raising cattle. Historically my Great Uncle grew corn, and hay and raised cattle on this land. I limed the fields last year in preparation for planting hay this coming spring. If you are interested in raising livestock or boarding horses, you would need to provide fencing, food, and there is spring water available. Also, I do have approval for county water could be available in the near future. The acreage is a good pasture for grazing and planting of crops. Goals, Values, Vision for the Farm/Land
This farm did belong to my Great Uncle Ed Leslie as far back as 1900. There have been a number of years since no one has farmed it. I just became an owner and we have all this acreage available, not being used for growing crops, it is just not right. As we all know our own American civilization is grounded on the ideals of a simple agricultural society. By putting this land to good use and receiving some financial returns is our goal.
